Wow...where does the time go??

I thought I'd never get back here. I'm just not much of an online journaler so it's taking me a bit of time to get used to this and to do it w/more frequency. :)

I found this bag on a blog, "Attic24". I have fallen in love with her blog as she uses more color than I've ever seen and she uses it so very well. This is my version of her beautiful bag!

It was easy to make up, but the handles did give me a few fits at first.  I also noticed once done, that I had missed a few stitches, as in going down too far on the previous row for the next single crochet.  It's ok, since the bag is for me.  Should I make it again, I'll know to be more careful. (or at least not crochet when sleepy or after a glass of wine.)  :)  I used all leftover "stash" yarn, all wash and dryable.  I like her colorways better than mine, but I still love the bag. 

I can't wait to try another of her patterns and soon!!  I already see another bag of hers as well as her beautiful Babette Blankett.  I need to finish my WIP's first!
